+ j4 P2 O- p3 }4 jYou will play an active role in the localization of Atlas Copco compressors products for our production facility in Wuxi, adapting parts and specifications to make them suitable for sourcing in China and to comply with local regulations. You strive to continuously improve the product quality through participation in the Product Quality Audit and reduce cost through optimization the local content.<p></p></P>) ~- \: G6 z- R( l, k
You will work in close co-operation will the Atlas Copco product development centre located at the Compressor Technique headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium.<p></p></P>, b$ H/ S, P0 g) W/ L

/ {* ^1 s7 i2 F1 MLocalizations of new designs with improved performance and optimized cost (preparation of technical drawings/specifications, compilation of technical reports, lab tests of prototypes)<p></p>The continuous quality improvement of all current products, combined with cost reduction projects<p></p>The continuous and strong interaction with our development team in Belgium, using same and agreed development process and development tools.<p></p><p> </p></P>

Master in Mechanical Engineering, graduated in the field of Thermodynamics, compressors, cryogenics. <p></p>roven experience in design engineering is an advantage.<p></p>Skilled communicator: besides fluent in Chinese, good command of English is a must (spoken + written)<p></p>Experience in product development projects is an advantage<p></p>roven knowledge of CAD software, experience with Autodesk Inventor is an advantage <p></p>Knowledge of CFD and other development tools<p></p><B><p> </p></B></P>

* }5 k$ l7 A# X: YYou will play an active role in identifying, qualifying and developing suppliers and integrate them into the strategy of Excellence in Manufacturing of Wuxi Atlas Copco.<p></p></P>+ ^0 `7 A( P. ^5 ^' I
You will also work in close co-operation will the Atlas Copco Global Sourcing Team located at the Compressor Technique headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium.<p></p></P>

Responsibilities will include: <p></p></P>2 L3 i8 l( B. F  E# q
Through market research, find competent potential suppliers in the local market and evaluate them according to the company’s procedure.<p></p>Build up strategic partnership with existing suppliers and help them to develop management system and optimize logistic process in line with the strategy of Atlas Copco. <p></p>Negotiate with suppliers for better quality, delivery and price. Organize supplier evaluation regularly to keep their competitive edge.<p></p>Take the responsibility defined by DN and project team, such as input and update supplier information in ERP system.<p></p>Take an active part in Global Sourcing project to select suitable suppliers for the Headquarters and establish logistic and quality assurance system. <p></p><p> </p></P>0 E2 @; u- Q$ N: s1 u& }6 l2 e
