Power Generation Group (PG) of Siemens Ltd. China is one of the key divisions of Siemens in China. Its scope covers the Marketing & Sales, Project Execution, Power Plant Modernization & Upgrading and equipment supply & services for customers in power industry and petrochemical industry.

- 主要是汽轮机, 汽机岛的BOP

PG not only provides power plant equipment, such as Steam Turbines, Gas turbines, Generators, I & C equipment and system as well as a complete portfolio of Services to his customers, but also builds fossil-fired power plants of various size on a turnkey basis, for instance, as general contractor or as a member of consortia for customers. PG also provides high-qualified industrial steam turbines, compressors and small gas turbines for satisfaction of petrochemical customers' needs.

- Purchasing Engineer for Power Plant BOP Mechanicals & Auxiliaries (电站辅助机械系统与设备采购工程师)

Tasks:

- Explore of the China sourcing market for supplier information to identify the best chance of sourcing for PG, and benchmarking with competitors.

- Pre-qualification of potential suppliers.

- Technical communication / clarification/ negotiation with suppliers.

- Expediting for Purchasing Oder execution, including quality and time schedule.

Knowledge:

- Technical-mechanical engineering or power engineering

- Knowledge on quality control

- Knowledge on industry (mechanical, power, petrochemical, etc)

- Fluent English

Experience:

- At least 3 years working experience in related job and industry (mechanical, power, petrol-chemical, etc).

- Experience of international companies is preferred.

- Purchasing exp. is not mandatory, but should be potential

Education:

- Bachelor or Master degree

- Mechanical Engineering or Power Engineering (boiler, turbine, gas turbine, etc.)

工作职责包括:

- 汽轮机，发电机，燃气轮机，压缩机的辅助设备,如润滑油系统, 水系统, 氢气系统,集电环等等；

- 蒸汽燃气轮机电厂辅助机械系统与设备；

- 汽轮机，发电机，燃气轮机，压缩机的冷作缸体辅助设备

- 对机械设备行业熟悉了解，选择合适的供应商；

- 对供应商进行技术澄清

- 监造, 采购项目执行, 控制质量和进度

要求:

- 熟悉发电厂机械系统与设备，或者船舶, 石化, 冶金,钢铁行业机械系统与设备

- 至少3年以上相关行业工作经历，% C/ N2 u. U0 X& ` 有实际制造厂或项目现场工作经验, 有设计，质量管理或者项目管理经验最好(对供应商市场熟悉或者了解)

- 英语阅读和口语好

- 最好有国际公司的技术或采购工作经历

学历：机械或动力工程学士或硕士
