osition: Office Manager Location: <place>LIARD</place> SAS <city><place>Shanghai</place></city> Office / <city><place>Shanghai</place></city> HongqiaoReport to: Regional Manager – <country-region><place>China</place></country-region> Qualifications:1.      Above bachelor or equivalent academic / professional degree2.      Above 5 years or longer experience in an engineering, sales, service-oriented background, candidates who are from compressor, petrochemical industry or function with international trading experience will be preferred3.      Must speak and comprehend English fluently, good at negotiation, communication and act as a very good team player4.      Must have a can do problem solving approach to all tasks and responsibilities5.      Self-discipline, hard work and willing to learn, traveling and work in new environment6.      Able to work under pressure and take new challenges, various tasks7.      Good computer skills with CAD, MS office Word, Excel and PPT8.      Lady is preferred Responsibilities:1.

rovide admin and secretarial support to whole office, to help building local plant in <country-region><place>China</place></country-region> and doing some organizing work2.

rovide sales, technical and marketing support on inquiry, quotation and customer management.3.

repare quotation and contract for distributors or some specialized customers, make sure payment and follow any issue4.      Able to interface with local management, headquarter or factories in <country-region><place>USA</place></country-region>, <country-region><place>UK</place></country-region>, German and <country-region><place>France</place></country-region>5.      Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager
