Job Responsibility:

1、Responsible for the overall management of Sustaining Engineering Department；

2、Responsible for the development of integrated project plans, implementation schedules, localization and cost reduction for assigned projects；

3、Communicates regularly with all levels of the organization regarding the status and management of current projects；

4、Engineering Supports for Manufacturing, Quality Control and Customer Service；

5、Responsible for recruiting and developing excellent engineers for business requirements.

Job Requirement：

1、 : U4 ^# |7 |' y Bachelor Degree or above and major in HVACR/Compressor；

2、 9 Q/ V; b( O( r6 ]2 h About 8 years engineer/manager experience in HVACR/Compressor factory，at least 3 years HVACR/Compressor Engineering management experiences；

3、& O/ f. h5 h) |- |5 Q3 c' {( ^( I Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and demanding environment；

4、& {3 Y4 L0 v& J( m7 [& @, o Outstanding interpersonal skills. Outgoing personality with a customer service focus and the ability to negotiate among stakeholders；

5、% `! ^% i& {% z# E; A Effective written and oral communication in English /Chinese；

6、 & G1 Q; r) t: }+ L6 _; b7 N Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, MS Project, Outlook, PowerPoint.
