-Vendor information research, RFI, RFQ, Quotation . g' p& U+ C# Z5 ~-SESPA, risk assessment (Technical, SHEQ) % q* R, t$ P5 `# B3 O9 D! s4 N-Verify and correct engineering specifications with support from UK technical 2 A: {. M6 D) q6 E) C# J7 C-Develop manufacturing methodology & quality assurance plans# w2 W; q% t( h) G
-Drive sampling programs) O, t, N u2 V1 ^3 l+ T
-Develop packing specifications $ C0 o+ |7 b! w5 w7 f; h-CAR investigation and Close-out0 Z4 I7 O1 |2 K, b" D; {8 s
-Support supply from China smoothly into production! j: o# F; f) ?$ T

Knowledge Skills & Experience Required: |+ ^( n% M/ w$ x
-University/College degree in commercial or engineering discipline8 Z. y1 K) ^) f# d
-Sourcing professional with a minimum of 3 years experience in the sourcing function. ; X4 t0 f' V7 `* m) \-Has very strong experience for sourcing machining and iron casting suppliers. * r L% I6 C+ p8 T" L& H; u6 |-Clear knowledge of world-class supply chain processes and techniques$ K0 n! z d6 L9 l/ k6 X6 R
-Strong experience of Manufacturing, technical knowledge and quality control) c/ ?) i6 _& H# l* A% h; d4 \
-Strong experience in managing suppliers both commercially and operationally $ p% ]: K( D: n$ c. z D( ]-Capable of networking and influencing purchasing strategy across functions Z2 D5 B5 [4 G8 I8 ~ ]
-Search, identify, evaluate & select suppliers to satisfy requirements5 N" r% j# y( s
