1. You will be responsible in the AC Wuxi Product Company for the Marketing of Industrial Air products for both world-wide and local sales.% a- e/ z8 Q4 G0 z" L% T; h

+ S9 c5 z+ i+ i1 N0 {  s& H+ K2. You will be based in Wuxi as member of the AC Wuxi Management team and report administratively to the General Manager of AC Wuxi. At the same time you will report operationally to the VP Marketing of the Industrial Air division in Airpower.: J1 l0 c6 M# A
# \" H. i! i) j& C3 P! X6 D. j
3. You will be responsible together with the VP Marketing and the Product Managers of the Industrial Air division to develop the Industrial Air business of AC Wuxi. This includes:5 K5 [9 ?( b; s
- know the whole Industrial Air product portfolio! H5 A0 o8 I6 Y7 p9 I
- understand the needs of the different markets$ m% t! j# Y! L  C! P. }1 q4 n
- provide input to the divisional Product Strategy Meeting (PSM)
) {2 }7 ~5 @0 L2 P0 n. w- write product Master Specifications as input to the local Product Company Meetings (PCM)3 H) N6 H; ^; x- m$ f4 c
-coordination with Customer Centers for market surveys, launch of new products and implementation of world-wide projects

! u- `1 }) Q$ J# W3 q2 E4. For projects approved in the PSM, you will take the lead in the ideation and feasibility phases and be member of the Project Team in the engineering, production and field introduction phases.3 _& c' B; Z' P3 i$ `

- review the project procedures in association with the management team in AC Wuxi
0 r$ F- V* R! z7 k8 P- monitor projects according to time schedule) P" u# s5 x: ], k. A; E  d. Y+ P
- maintain communication with customers and Customer Centers during the project/ Z. K8 c; A  ~& J" N( ~$ `
- centralize all communication between the Product Managers in Airpower and the local engineering teams

5. To communicate with the local engineering team and motivate it to deliver projects according to time schedule2 D% r1 c8 s- m: a' T, E

Experience requirements
% |" U2 \; W0 T9 G3 h! w$ JYou have a broad experience on the Airpower products (Industrial Air) and you know how to handle projects with customer centers.! V  C- o/ w6 O3 }- U  O7 M% k/ J
You have a good understanding of the systems and the decision taking process in Airpower.
# Q# J$ p, W% [  F$ H* |0 U8 O# F) F" N2 ?0 V
Knowledge7 ?; l4 c) L8 `# {% l- f% E) x
Good understanding of all systems required to set up a supply chain including commercial issues and import/export regulations., g$ x& @. t0 i$ K1 q
Fluent in English
