• Undertakes after-sales technical services, including on site installation, testing, and repairs and maintenance, via phone or on-site trouble-shooting : H* p/ O# H: J3 b, t8 N) j( b
• Responds to and resolves issues quickly ( i: f6 Q: |" [6 p2 \9 _ dDiagnoses and analyses the problems encountered from the customers’ side, and reports to the Headquarter4 W/ @0 z5 E0 A9 e" @" c% C5 Q' `
• Keeps communication and maintains relations with operators of customers, N" Q* Z; D# W) x+ e7 F. x
• Maintains and updates compressors list in China and its maintenance logs 3 C* f( ^/ p/ o( f/ L: Q) ~' w, u) p• Provides training to operators at customer side* H. E& E+ C: o# m! [) r
• Collaborates and coordinates with Sales Engineer in China and Head of the Service Team in Headquarter * M6 ?1 W6 T+ F' E* k: [- {+ t j& P& Q, t
Requirements3 k# s+ ~% P- {8 s: W
• College degree or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering( X& Y [4 |- c8 D. I$ u: p8 J
• Minimum 3 -5 years working experience in the field of compressor, prefer somebody with middle age 2 g& O: d8 Y; C• Be able to understand full picture of compressors, and good knowledge on electrical control box and wire diagram3 ^) U0 a6 {+ z4 Y3 Z1 @" X; V
• A good communication skills with other people (customer and internal) and team work 8 ?, ~2 R9 {$ t4 _
• prefer somebody with experience of selling after-sales-services* W3 u, \; q3 S7 t
• Good command oral & written English 6 Y' [1 r+ E% D7 W; e8 D+ [• Working on customer site as required mobility and flexibility / d4 K4 J0 D& l, ]• Skilled in MS Office tools+ a8 I7 O* W$ x
