• Undertakes after-sales technical services, including on site installation, testing, and repairs and maintenance, via phone or on-site trouble-shooting - a9 ?$ k/ l2 _- c) I• Responds to and resolves issues quickly, ^8 `; ]& k7 W2 P% q
Diagnoses and analyses the problems encountered from the customers’ side, and reports to the Headquarter! Q( g8 X" e( G" h
• Keeps communication and maintains relations with operators of customers 7 U2 x7 e" u( [0 Y" I• Maintains and updates compressors list in China and its maintenance logs ) u) j5 E4 v/ p• Provides training to operators at customer side: A" S2 f% p0 W
• Collaborates and coordinates with Sales Engineer in China and Head of the Service Team in Headquarter 8 q4 o& ?# h' I, B3 Y9 x/ k0 i$ {! O8 p7 O/ e2 h
Requirements$ Z+ ` }0 C) ~: o
• College degree or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering+ n1 {9 G, L o) B4 q
• Minimum 3 -5 years working experience in the field of compressor, prefer somebody with middle age1 F8 }9 D0 j0 j; Z
• Be able to understand full picture of compressors, and good knowledge on electrical control box and wire diagram" z* E% c9 w& D. a6 w! u. v' U0 k( y
• A good communication skills with other people (customer and internal) and team work ! J( N, m- H/ p
• prefer somebody with experience of selling after-sales-services4 } G' [& ?, |" s# L
• Good command oral & written English0 [; X" P& J3 K$ G6 h. q9 ]- f
• Working on customer site as required mobility and flexibility7 O# o/ c# K1 g o0 i! M% P
