• Undertakes after-sales technical services, including on site installation, testing, and repairs and maintenance, via phone or on-site trouble-shooting g' _5 S2 j, c" @5 d
• Responds to and resolves issues quickly # I- Y$ u1 a4 A W8 ~$ s4 DDiagnoses and analyses the problems encountered from the customers’ side, and reports to the Headquarter% M. }0 i+ n+ M2 n9 N# @
• Keeps communication and maintains relations with operators of customers : H: m6 @5 {1 X+ X0 }2 [• Maintains and updates compressors list in China and its maintenance logs 4 |$ ~4 C" ^' A( n! }• Provides training to operators at customer side9 Y/ e/ R+ i% d$ d/ f

• College degree or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering2 b$ C$ b$ O4 i; d0 |8 J) k8 D: M# z+ A
• Minimum 3 -5 years working experience in the field of compressor, prefer somebody with middle age 5 ? P7 `1 t t1 {0 a( f* b• Be able to understand full picture of compressors, and good knowledge on electrical control box and wire diagram) _1 B" [% K2 Z1 U" u
• A good communication skills with other people (customer and internal) and team work * S+ l+ f; R+ W- |) u# S# F1 V
• prefer somebody with experience of selling after-sales-services ; P' S6 R" T$ T6 b& z: x• Good command oral & written English , d6 C% I; e" P; G& |1 g! r$ K* ]• Working on customer site as required mobility and flexibility 8 m( `9 K' }: `; ?/ ~• Skilled in MS Office tools! l: Z9 n5 q7 I" N4 Q$ C3 _+ ?
