Study and compare with GB and EN code for material and design localization, to reduce product cost and keep same quality level; 4. Understand requirements from production and purchasing ,and solve problems (technical question, NCRs); 5. Technical support for outsourcing process and supplier audit(tender drawings, dimension clarification); 6. Develop UG skill in team , develop engineering efficiency and make effort on standardization for all design; 7. Knowledge of turbo machine; 6. Familiar with process (welding, machining...); 7. Familiar with GB standard, and ASME, EN, DIN… 8. Knowledge of the management system (ERP) 9.
