Job Description :
- Fully in charge of sales and operation, including human resources in China.
- Be accountable for the sales & marketing strategy and development business.
- Coordinate and develop the relationship with government, key partners and customers.
- Suggestion to new product development and customer caring service programs.
Expected Position: Director or VP in China
Criteria
Bachelor in Electronic Engineering/Computer Science,MBA and Senior Project manager preferred
Excellent work experience and sales record
- Must have more than 10 years work experience and more than 5 years as a leader developing mainland China biz in air and gas compressor Company, such as Atlas
- Must understand Air Separation (Linde, Air Liquide, Praxair, Air Product and other major industrial gas companies) and Petro-Chemical customers(Sinopec, etc)
- Must have proven sales and leadership record
- It would be preferred if the candidate has overall work experience in sales, marketing and project management.
- Superior decision-making, problem solving and conflict management skills，strong organizational, operational and communication skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
