1.Compressor Field Service Supervisor (压缩机现场服务主管)

Goals/Mission

Implementation of complex installations and revisions of compressor strings and ST sets for the business area Industrial Applications. Work experience of 3 - 5 years required (compressor strings, steam turbo sets, BOP and industrial power plants). Manage up to 20 operators depending on the size of the plant.

Working Partners/Contacts	Internal: Dispatch by site management, project management, erection, sales and engineering New Unit and/or Service Business. Headquater in Duisburg, Germany, Henglo, Netherlands and Trenton 7 r. \3 t2 E1 a6 o, G* k- y USA for technical clarifications； External: Coordination with customers, consultants, and contractors on site.
Tasks	Supervise and implement on-time and free of defects any erections and outages for the business area Industrial Application； Coordination of all activities on the construction site； - t& X: P; m0 @& s Management of own and contractor's personnel； / H% H$ F; J5 ~2 h Compilation of the entire erection documentation； / u8 D- M# ~ W; S& x" e Information about defects and initiation/implementation of mitigation measures； Compliance with all applicabel rules and laws incl. HSE.
Education	Degree:Bachelor/Master Major in Engineering

Knowledge/Languages	Installation of complex compressor strings. Revision and repair activities at complex compressor strings, steam turbo generators, and BOP; Close contact with the back office for technical support is mandatory. Installations and revisions based on documentation and technical records. Preparation: Obtain information about the PGI scope of supply, particular requirements in the supply contract, other preparational information about technical improvements or modernizations in case of revisions from customer and/or project management. Close contact with the project management required during the implementation to enable tracking of project targets. Implementation of installations: Check PGI scope of supply on completeness and transport damages. Professional and on-time erection of the plant including oil flushing, steam cleaning and, if necessary, support for commissioning and test run. Technical instruction of the available personnel or contractors. Documentation: Weekly reports and construction log books, preparation of interim and final erection reports, preparation of erection protocolls, error logs and mitigation measures. Timely documentation is required for cost minimization. Execution of revisions: Check PGI scope of supply on completeness and transport damages. Professional and on-time execution of revisions. Preparation of start-up and independent start-up of simple plants. Technical instruction of the available personnel or contractors. PC knowledge, MS Office package incl. MS Project. English: excellent written & oral communication skills.
Experience	Long-term work experience in the erection / installation as well as revisions of compressors. Installation of components and coordination of "large"revisions of complex plants. Professional and on-time handling of the erection of plants. Experience in managing of construction site personnel and contractors. Open-minded relative to other cultures.

Additional Information	Physical and psychic constitution: absolutely capable for business trips into remote areas, must be able to take lots of strain. Binding contract required due to training investment. Willingness for some international travel. Training period make take 1,5.

2.Compressor Commissioning Engineer (压缩机安装工程师)

Goals/Mission	Commissioning of complex installations and revisions of compressor strings and ST sets for the business area Industrial Applications. Close contact with the project management required during the implementation to enable tracking of project targets. Commissioning: Check PGI scope of supply on completeness and connect al probes and measurement systems. Conduct commissioning. Technical instruction of the available personnel or contractors. Documentation: Weekly reports and commissioning log books, preparation of interim and final commissioning reports, preparation of commissioning protocolls, error logs and mitigation measures. Timely documentation is required for cost minimization. Execution of revisions: Commissioning after upgrades. Re-check controls system and make necessary changes to the controls system. Technical instruction of the available personnel or contractors. PC knowledge, MS Office package incl. MS Project. English: excellent written & oral communication skills. Computer logic such as PCS 7, PLC.
Experience	Long-term work experience in the controls as well as commissioning of compressors. Professional and on-time handling of the erection of plants. Experience in managing of construction site personnel and contractors. Open-minded relative to other cultures.
