OSITION OBJECTIVE:1.  Sourcing Plan 100% Fulfillment2.

urchasing cost saving to meet preset target.3.  Supplier management process implementation.4.  Internal Customer Satisfaction Rate to meet preset target. RESPONSIBILITIES:    1.

articipates in company’s sourcing plans and policies development.2.  Consults with operation department in the supplier performance management process.3.  Conducts to develop a national sourcing database for all purchased materials.4.  Monitor Sourcing procedure to ensure smooth material providing5.  Evaluates suppliers’ productivity and technology plans, cooperated with purchasing team and key material users.6.  Develops request for proposal.7.  Conducts bid analysis.8.  Develops and manage vendor relationship.9.  Manages and trains Sourcing staff.  Qualifications:      1.  Bachelor of Engineering Degree or above.2.  Assertiveness in proactively handling internal customer requests and service needs,  cooperate with other department3.  Good interpersonal, and team building skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationship with staff, departmental representa3.  Good interpersonal, and team building skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationship with staff, departmental representatives, management and suppliers4.  Basic accounting knowledge5.  Strong negotiation skills.
