I% V2. $ s$ k) |. \8 Y! l0 g2 z3 O7 z8 ^2 |To research potential customers, make introductory promotion visits, carry out 7 \0 ?9 a8 x+ G  l4 ^& Q % O! i+ c& C5 f" d  i# I 5 `2 H; n3 s: {, S9 Btechnical & commercial negotiations. 2 z& [) ?# H) i; w3. ; [" M7 }4 j6 F- P4 fTo motivate and support appointed distributor(s) to achieve set budget targets. 8 P0 A/ Q: j* v4 ?, [8 M+ }% T4 q- g B. Applications Engineering Role 4. To provide technical, product and applications self support and to customers and distributors for primarily dry vacuum pump and liquid ring vacuum pump systems, but also other process vacuum systems. 5 s6 T+ S/ d) ~9 f5. To select vacuum pumps and propose system design for chemical process vacuum pumping applications. 6. + |3 z/ c. z3 ?' V5 }To provide technically correct & commercially valid quotations. 3 Y- V0 R, o5 A$ n: d/ Q5 N; u Knowledge, Skills and Experience ; E5 R/ I7 x; ]! h 1. A degree level qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline. 2. 2 i+ C. O! _5 p1 `# m- h+ J$ BDetailed knowledge of vacuum pumping systems, chemical processes or rotating machinery and their applications gained through at least 3 years experience of a similar role. $ G1 T& @% W, i: ?: ? 3. The ability to specify and design a vacuum pump package to meet a given set of process conditions. % j2 E* ]. o0 c2 A 0 s0 z& h6 n2 n7 X4. 4 n  b  L! v" q7 R& i* P& tAnalytical techniques and computer literacy. 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin & English are essential. 0 T* G' o4 [" C6. % q6 n, p8 M3 J5 s. LGood administrative and personal disciplines to handle multi-task, time- constrained activities, driven by customer requirements. 3 o  `4 `7 A3 r , s0 z, W2 l6 a' ?  e8 W0 N5 z7.
