1. Offering structured , most professional and timely service support to the Customer Centers
* t7 p* n1 {7 F: p7 y2. Continuously improve the product quality by a practice failure reporting follow up
: I( z% R* r. u, c& B# X1 A! M3. Play an active role in product development to assure the highest level of service ability and lowest life cycle cost% k& c+ S0 L$ L5 [ n
4. Provide accurate and up to date service information covering all aspects of a compressed air installation( l* P3 a) B6 { I
5. Provide and develop technical training in conjunction with the competence development group' S) ?! m o0 r) r8 H
6. Continuously improve the technical support processes/ S( O9 C3 r+ H: \# p4 V
6 }8 m% X/ F3 s/ n# h岗位任职能力与资格要求:Requirement
8 J( z5 V% w( M1 }6 C* C2 Y1.Min. 5 years technical support or related working experience, experience in compressor technical management will be preferable7 _& ~% l# K9 O6 V: K" p& X) {+ Y
2. Strong technical background
5 k5 R+ C+ _# m I# q* L3.Good oral and written English and Mandarin skills as well as PC knowledge) V# H; l5 l0 y4 j# B2 s- {, P* W2 w
4. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical Engineering or related area

6. Good communication skills.
