Field Application Engineer
CS Instruments (Shanghai) branchLocation: Shanghai

2 W" r9 K9 J! y8 d5 X# R% x$ HResponsibilities:  - Service and support for customers in different ways (phone, live chat tool, E-mail, on-site support and etc.) and seek support from colleagues.  - On site support and repair when the failure can not be fixed remotely

, G3 @9 S; C: }. F - Technical support and training for sales people and distributors  - Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements: - Requires mechanics or electronics background - Better have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or in a related area. - Considerable knowledge of English for writing and speaking - Good knowledge in PC - Able to travel frequently

, }" l' k3 p1 U/ Q, c% `# J) g9 u通过各种方式（电话、及时聊天工具、电子邮件、现场支持等）为客户提供服务和支持，并向同事寻求帮助。
如果故障不能通过远程方式解决，前往现场进行支持和维修
3 t' @/ V, ^4 b" j$ l为产品安装和组建系统提供现场技术支持
为销售人员和分销商提供技术支持和培训

最好在客户服务或相关领域有1-2年工作经验
能熟练使用英语进行读写
