Position:        Quality Engineer (Compressor)
Reports to:         Compressor Project Manager / Quality Department Manager

Job Responsibilities:
$ u2 z& {  @5 j- G·        Quality control for compressor localization and the assembling line
+ J5 B0 K! q/ o& C7 t·        Data collection and analysis for compressor related quality control
+ |% n. o. a5 J! JInherent pride & leadership to drive these 6 responsibilities below

( j1 f( c& `7 H: WJob Responsibilities:
+ @/ i  K/ \; V+ @. A-        Make monthly quality report and coordinate feedback procedure
; Y  H. l! T+ m-        Review quality inspection documentation and establish & maintain quality data collection & analysis
-        Measure equipment management and ensure effective method and use of measurement equipment, it's calibration and frequency
9 o; n) U# D9 ~8 w, U( ?6 f, L! z# d-        Q+ Supplier survey's & improvements
-        ISO system work support
-        Coordinate Corrective Actions for quality improvement
$ J- Q, q( ?5 O' X1 y, y) ?% y-        ACE leadership & coordination
9 ]! I8 M, c+ f3 w/ l- i% s
Background:
-        Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical engineering or related majors
-        5+ years related working experience ( Quality, ISO system)
-        JV or World famous company experience is preferred
-        Familiar with SPC
0 O# t% G0 v3 [! b-        Fluent in both oral & written English
-        Good communication skills
-        People management skills

Position:        Product Engineer (Compressor)
Reports to:         Compressor Project Manager / Engineering Department Manager

Job Responsibilities:
0 L) U$ o  W, L, A* Z; S·        Update the production drawing as original drawing revised
·        Make engineering decision and technical support for compressor manufacturing
·        Make necessary drawing modification regarding to local vendor’s reasonable requirements (permitted by project manager)
1 f+ J+ W) M7 |% l6 D* y/ P$ L( a·        Assist with the compressor’s localization/cost reduction procedure (set up localization requirement)
" q- K' Y: \3 h, n6 P6 s& f8 [·        Coordinate with quality engineer for quality issue root cause analysis
