Job Responsibilities:
+ a, J- v7 I# K( f1 ~8 a* T·        Quality control for compressor localization and the assembling line
  B! I" m9 a. [5 z& ]. x; Q1 Y% X·        Data collection and analysis for compressor related quality control
; b0 M) l4 e/ u! C; h& ?Inherent pride & leadership to drive these 6 responsibilities below
·        Have passion about quality and doing the right things, Right!
7 Z. d3 n- ]: S8 {·        Investigative & analytical skills for root cause analysis  
! C; k# x. l; G1 |% \·        Willingness to learn new or proven concepts

·        Self motivated having a sense of urgency about what he or she does & getting the job done…Right
·        Along with the following basic essentials; Mechanical Engr, w/ experience in metal removal experience preferably, cast iron or steel, basic understanding of machine tools, CMM's, manufacturing processes (machining & assembly) process control, statistical process control, machine & process qualification, measurement & test, metallurgy
Background:

8 v: y% m$ r! o5 G$ b' g! w3 R·        5+ years related working experience
) T4 H: I& D% m4 |8 ^+ W" V·        Good English skills. BET4 or above; Good computer skills

Position        :        Quality Manager
Reports to:        GM

+ e0 X$ ^8 I; O& k5 Y- W* ZJob Responsibilities:
-        Make monthly quality report and coordinate feedback procedure
' |" j$ t0 U  m7 A; _" q" h-        Review quality inspection documentation and establish & maintain quality data collection & analysis
+ W& r& b7 g( m7 _* U# J-        Measure equipment management and ensure effective method and use of measurement equipment, it's calibration and frequency
-        Q+ Supplier survey's & improvements
# S, c8 P( T7 _-        ISO system work support
-        Coordinate Corrective Actions for quality improvement
-        ACE leadership & coordination
) t" y' N, P+ p: r; U
' d6 w) Y' [0 E+ H" U Background:
. v$ |5 j" Y4 c0 q* z-        Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical engineering or related majors
) b/ e9 o# h3 s9 s. ~( I! @( y2 J-        5+ years related working experience ( Quality, ISO system)
- Q8 _4 h) X7 d3 C1 v6 k6 g; k-        JV or World famous company experience is preferred
-        Familiar with SPC
-        Fluent in both oral & written English

-        People management skills
-        Self motivated, multi-tasked, having a sense of urgency about what they do

·        Update the production drawing as original drawing revised
$ F0 ?# `( D8 g' O; L& p' R·        Make engineering decision and technical support for compressor manufacturing
·        Make necessary drawing modification regarding to local vendor’s reasonable requirements (permitted by project manager)
·        Assist with the compressor’s localization/cost reduction procedure (set up localization requirement)
: j8 L5 n/ i" ?  W/ \·        Coordinate with quality engineer for quality issue root cause analysis
