Reports to:         Compressor Project Manager / Quality Department Manager

Job Responsibilities:
% f5 K. m0 v$ c- X$ w2 W# d# w+ I·        Quality control for compressor localization and the assembling line
! s, q, C2 \) i$ H# K) p·        Data collection and analysis for compressor related quality control
+ Q) G0 J8 `$ b# U% v7 J4 _Inherent pride & leadership to drive these 6 responsibilities below

& l: O$ j5 s: J' O-        Review quality inspection documentation and establish & maintain quality data collection & analysis
-        Measure equipment management and ensure effective method and use of measurement equipment, it's calibration and frequency
+ ^$ `8 U0 g' l; g" ^/ v8 ]" w( E-        Q+ Supplier survey's & improvements
0 [9 S# s" [  j: N: f8 N-        ISO system work support
- W* s' B  }' t( E5 w- t-        Coordinate Corrective Actions for quality improvement
& A" e. |( ?! c, p1 E) H% r7 N+ y-        ACE leadership & coordination

6 {4 ]! Q* Y. W8 I Background:
8 \# u# H7 T" \( T- K' F9 q-        Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical engineering or related majors
-        5+ years related working experience ( Quality, ISO system)
-        JV or World famous company experience is preferred
% @3 s6 ]" j( q6 e, X8 g1 H-        Familiar with SPC
' t  L- K$ U/ x( e9 G/ M, b-        Fluent in both oral & written English
" K" L& K) \6 n" p-        Good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

·        Make engineering decision and technical support for compressor manufacturing
·        Make necessary drawing modification regarding to local vendor’s reasonable requirements (permitted by project manager)
2 Y" S0 |8 @7 I8 [5 Q9 n·        Assist with the compressor’s localization/cost reduction procedure (set up localization requirement)
/ k! O) N- r$ N! z1 T·        Coordinate with quality engineer for quality issue root cause analysis
