Position:        Quality Engineer (Compressor)

Job Responsibilities:
5 z- n. d0 ?- h8 @9 F·        Quality control for compressor localization and the assembling line
& \8 {+ R7 N& C1 q·        Data collection and analysis for compressor related quality control

Job Responsibilities:
-        Make monthly quality report and coordinate feedback procedure
2 Y3 R, R5 Q$ _. E' q' g, R# I-        Review quality inspection documentation and establish & maintain quality data collection & analysis
-        Measure equipment management and ensure effective method and use of measurement equipment, it's calibration and frequency
-        Q+ Supplier survey's & improvements
$ X" m, t2 Z7 l. B-        ISO system work support
* u& x/ Y1 n+ _( |% Q5 ]-        Coordinate Corrective Actions for quality improvement
& `$ Y' O6 u0 i! ^' W-        ACE leadership & coordination

Background:
-        Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical engineering or related majors
-        5+ years related working experience ( Quality, ISO system)
-        JV or World famous company experience is preferred
9 ~) g- h: a& `, _-        Familiar with SPC
6 A! n# v' Q  O9 ~-        Fluent in both oral & written English
8 \! K6 `2 L- n* ~8 n! E-        Good communication skills
# k, H4 u. K  o  P; N% }-        People management skills

Job Responsibilities:
( U: I8 U" U+ b8 w·        Update the production drawing as original drawing revised
·        Make engineering decision and technical support for compressor manufacturing
0 l5 \+ b/ B7 A/ p·        Make necessary drawing modification regarding to local vendor’s reasonable requirements (permitted by project manager)
, n$ }6 r2 q$ ?8 F8 J/ _·        Assist with the compressor’s localization/cost reduction procedure (set up localization requirement)
3 Q/ Q4 a( W& l5 b/ v·        Coordinate with quality engineer for quality issue root cause analysis
