OUR CLIENT is a niche maker of oil free piston compressors for applications in high voltage power plant switches and high-purity gases compression, among others for pharmaceutical and medical use. In order to substantially enhance OUR CLIENT sales and customer support in mainland China, OUR CLIENT is looking for a field engineer.

3 U# U& f* n( `/ i3 K•        Undertakes after-sales technical services, including on site installation, testing, and repairs and maintenance, via phone or on-site trouble-shooting
1 w. b8 X$ z4 _( B•        Responds to and resolves issues quickly
Diagnoses and analyses the problems encountered from the customers’ side, and reports to the Headquarter
•        Keeps communication and maintains relations with operators of customers
•        Maintains and updates compressors list in China and its maintenance logs
5 T8 `7 g9 \5 Y) z•         Provides training to operators at customer side
•        Collaborates and coordinates with Sales Engineer in China and Head of the Service Team in Headquarter

•        College degree or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
& V6 z. @4 c& L, Q! T/ i•        Minimum 3 -5 years working experience in the field of compressor, prefer somebody with middle age
4 T9 }, |6 R' M) d( F- x3 I% U& R•        Be able to understand full picture of compressors, and good knowledge on electrical control box and wire diagram
4 i& e6 h" Q( _4 p. ]2 G# X* Y•        A good communication skills with other people (customer and internal) and team work
: }6 ^! X( w6 u" \: W8 `•        prefer somebody with experience of selling after-sales-services
•        Good command oral & written English
# t5 w1 G8 N9 H( i! V2 G•        Working on customer site as required mobility and flexibility
•        Skilled in MS Office tools
