OUR CLIENT is a niche maker of oil free piston compressors for applications in high voltage power plant switches and high-purity gases compression, among others for pharmaceutical and medical use. In order to substantially enhance OUR CLIENT sales and customer support in mainland China, OUR CLIENT is looking for a field engineer.

Responsibilities
•        Undertakes after-sales technical services, including on site installation, testing, and repairs and maintenance, via phone or on-site trouble-shooting
•        Responds to and resolves issues quickly
8 H0 O% E' z4 B0 ~! IDiagnoses and analyses the problems encountered from the customers’ side, and reports to the Headquarter
4 T: ]1 i9 ?/ ?) D•        Keeps communication and maintains relations with operators of customers
•        Maintains and updates compressors list in China and its maintenance logs
+ Q' Z5 o( ~# D" _, X( A" M•         Provides training to operators at customer side
•        Collaborates and coordinates with Sales Engineer in China and Head of the Service Team in Headquarter

Requirements
•        College degree or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
% I1 M$ I8 x( |0 O8 n•        Minimum 3 -5 years working experience in the field of compressor, prefer somebody with middle age
! m( q4 w' Q+ u0 S& ?; |•        Be able to understand full picture of compressors, and good knowledge on electrical control box and wire diagram
•        A good communication skills with other people (customer and internal) and team work
•        prefer somebody with experience of selling after-sales-services
3 c: _% N' h% U, D8 f5 U. c•        Good command oral & written English

•        Skilled in MS Office tools
