Major responsibilities will include:

·        Use ABC theory to improve manufacturing process and eliminate waste
·        Use value stream analysis to improve TCT of manufacturing process
·        To set up manufacturing process to ensure cost effectiveness and high quality standard
·        To set up supply chain for all components and to continuously develop supply chain to maximize quality and reduce cost
·        To put in place system(s) to continuously monitor cost and to define action for cost reduction program
