OUR CLIENT is a niche maker of oil free piston compressors for applications in high voltage power plant switches and high-purity gases compression, among others for pharmaceutical and medical use. In order to substantially enhance OUR CLIENT sales and customer support in mainland China, OUR CLIENT is looking for a field engineer.

Responsibilities
) ~5 }7 Q$ B( r3 L8 c3 r•        Undertakes after-sales technical services, including on site installation, testing, and repairs and maintenance, via phone or on-site trouble-shooting
•        Responds to and resolves issues quickly
Diagnoses and analyses the problems encountered from the customers’ side, and reports to the Headquarter
* w  h% ]* A5 H1 t5 A6 p. C•        Keeps communication and maintains relations with operators of customers
) F3 M5 e4 d0 T4 Z* m2 H•        Maintains and updates compressors list in China and its maintenance logs

' f. ]' n' H1 |* ]/ O•        Collaborates and coordinates with Sales Engineer in China and Head of the Service Team in Headquarter

. S0 j+ S( K' B# ^' E2 A0 S, r•        College degree or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
•        Minimum 3 -5 years working experience in the field of compressor, prefer somebody with middle age
•        Be able to understand full picture of compressors, and good knowledge on electrical control box and wire diagram
% ^+ L/ l: M$ {9 M: |& W) O•        A good communication skills with other people (customer and internal) and team work
8 {6 a0 h. ^& x+ v) w) C% z9 y8 k# P•        prefer somebody with experience of selling after-sales-services
# W' ~' r4 I7 K. C& o% y•        Good command oral & written English
% T4 b. z# a: [8 R* N. ~7 v$ r•        Working on customer site as required mobility and flexibility
•        Skilled in MS Office tools
