Job Responsibilities:
. ?+ Q+ {# F7 |$ u) e7 X4 X·        Quality control for compressor localization and the assembling line
+ _1 M/ G# W+ r( o9 p4 L0 C·        Data collection and analysis for compressor related quality control

·        Along with the following basic essentials; Mechanical Engr, w/ experience in metal removal experience preferably, cast iron or steel, basic understanding of machine tools, CMM's, manufacturing processes (machining & assembly) process control, statistical process control, machine & process qualification, measurement & test, metallurgy
Background:
·        Bachelor degree in compressor or refrigeration
: S+ [& R, V$ R·        5+ years related working experience
7 |/ G+ l$ J8 i6 n$ i* G. V% S$ N4 `·        Good English skills. BET4 or above; Good computer skills
·        Good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
* z! k" `4 B2 B-        Make monthly quality report and coordinate feedback procedure
: Y; B  o, Z' A% M-        Review quality inspection documentation and establish & maintain quality data collection & analysis
-        Measure equipment management and ensure effective method and use of measurement equipment, it's calibration and frequency
-        Q+ Supplier survey's & improvements
; |/ t2 B5 F! x$ \" V-        ISO system work support
) l5 r: P3 x9 y3 F& o-        Coordinate Corrective Actions for quality improvement
0 s! B* Q0 ~& c0 y- P-        ACE leadership & coordination

Background:
7 F. f: M( ?1 G( c$ T-        Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical engineering or related majors
9 g9 F2 t# O, ^6 a3 g/ I-        5+ years related working experience ( Quality, ISO system)
; |" e8 b- T8 `, Q-        JV or World famous company experience is preferred
-        Familiar with SPC
. O! w# G, s/ ~" f5 ?# I-        Fluent in both oral & written English
* |& y9 p( r! o& c9 c-        Good communication skills
-        People management skills

Reports to:         Compressor Project Manager / Engineering Department Manager

5 D' t) D3 W( IJob Responsibilities:
1 T6 i! y0 A- k: Y2 _·        Update the production drawing as original drawing revised
·        Make engineering decision and technical support for compressor manufacturing
·        Make necessary drawing modification regarding to local vendor’s reasonable requirements (permitted by project manager)
" ]* ~: L. `6 S" V. @5 S' S·        Assist with the compressor’s localization/cost reduction procedure (set up localization requirement)
·        Coordinate with quality engineer for quality issue root cause analysis
