Position:        Quality Engineer (Compressor)
  `: Z: q8 |+ L. U* M5 i7 K; lReports to:         Compressor Project Manager / Quality Department Manager

Job Responsibilities:
4 D5 N- k# U8 J+ D% ]·        Quality control for compressor localization and the assembling line
·        Data collection and analysis for compressor related quality control

·        Self motivated having a sense of urgency about what he or she does & getting the job done…Right
·        Along with the following basic essentials; Mechanical Engr, w/ experience in metal removal experience preferably, cast iron or steel, basic understanding of machine tools, CMM's, manufacturing processes (machining & assembly) process control, statistical process control, machine & process qualification, measurement & test, metallurgy
Background:
4 W" ]' O$ ^/ A·        Bachelor degree in compressor or refrigeration
6 y- m' U' s; q) J. _  D, T·        5+ years related working experience
·        Good English skills. BET4 or above; Good computer skills

-        Make monthly quality report and coordinate feedback procedure
, a# x: G$ _( k-        Review quality inspection documentation and establish & maintain quality data collection & analysis
+ y% ~' _3 R3 t$ L-        Measure equipment management and ensure effective method and use of measurement equipment, it's calibration and frequency
-        Q+ Supplier survey's & improvements
-        ISO system work support
& o6 l8 Q8 T& K8 z; Z-        Coordinate Corrective Actions for quality improvement
* g" u6 d  x) G4 T5 J1 U-        ACE leadership & coordination

7 _8 f& H* w% v, z* c3 T- L. a Background:
-        Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical engineering or related majors
) W% d! l! l+ V/ T-        5+ years related working experience ( Quality, ISO system)
5 W) b7 X1 C/ X5 M-        JV or World famous company experience is preferred
-        Familiar with SPC
' m' ~9 L, c3 {3 r, E( |! a4 s% R-        Fluent in both oral & written English
-        Good communication skills
-        People management skills
-        Self motivated, multi-tasked, having a sense of urgency about what they do

Reports to:         Compressor Project Manager / Engineering Department Manager

Job Responsibilities:
·        Update the production drawing as original drawing revised
·        Make engineering decision and technical support for compressor manufacturing
/ L" E& K- {0 S' e- ?·        Make necessary drawing modification regarding to local vendor’s reasonable requirements (permitted by project manager)
·        Assist with the compressor’s localization/cost reduction procedure (set up localization requirement)
·        Coordinate with quality engineer for quality issue root cause analysis
