Job description / Mission
The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and professional team and will report to the product manager of CTS China.

' H' H( r8 {, R& v  L- W2 h& DMain Responsibilities
  M7 q/ Z' n9 J- ]0 n+ x" V- Develop marketing plan to take control of the compressor room;
- Make sure that our strategy and product offer
( a8 |0 ?% }  m- Pricing for Non-AC service products;
- Support the service centers in implementing the divisional strategies;
. @' ?2 _, r5 i- Develop support tools to enable ease of sales;
1 n" [9 T" d4 \4 S: N- Map the development of this strategy, including the Unipart for the future
- Follow-up CTS results

Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year working experience in AM sales or marketing
# N' \) h7 r4 l# z- Understanding of marketing principles in an industrial environment gained via education or experience
& `9 h1 N% i+ o9 S0 l
9 \4 ?+ b& f3 jKnowledge / Educational requirements
- University/college graduated
# B3 F0 A2 A" Y2 p# l- Solid understanding of the service product sales process.
- Good command of English both oral and writing is required
' O0 u2 C: y2 B/ K* w' `0 I* ~: G- Computer skills: MS Office, Lotus Notes, and related database system

- Result oriented with a self motivating personality
- Strong communication skills, able to work in a team at all levels
- Willingness to travel
