Job description / Mission
: I' d9 m0 @7 Q: H  Y* _6 W- ]" ?The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and professional team and will report to the product manager of CTS China.

Main Responsibilities
% i3 X  l5 _) d. K- Develop marketing plan to take control of the compressor room;) c* d# k5 x3 ~; T' N: J# P; j
- Make sure that our strategy and product offer- Z0 G" l: Z, B: i
- Pricing for Non-AC service products;% H! Y/ c5 {' p4 `$ Y& h
- Support the service centers in implementing the divisional strategies;
1 p5 t$ A1 V7 u6 s- Develop support tools to enable ease of sales;
# W/ y: Q& B7 Z( W- Map the development of this strategy, including the Unipart for the future
2 ?7 g0 ?- L0 E- F# e- Follow-up CTS results " w6 e1 B0 D7 j+ W' w) X

4 q+ B( b1 y; F& `$ OExperience Requirements. P  C0 S$ ]4 }% J* X0 D
- At least 3 year working experience in AM sales or marketing
0 l0 Q6 {- q+ O* {- Understanding of marketing principles in an industrial environment gained via education or experience: x) z8 k0 F5 P0 d, `

, |) @' \) R3 V. eKnowledge / Educational requirements% w+ d+ R  w/ s2 z; ?
- University/college graduated9 I1 @' _2 D2 }& ~3 D" v
- Solid understanding of the service product sales process.
+ Z% H  i( d5 M# T- Good command of English both oral and writing is required; L! S5 N( r$ O- i
- Computer skills: MS Office, Lotus Notes, and related database system6 s: E- r2 v) |7 n, H4 _

- Result oriented with a self motivating personality
