! N6 c! Y, n; \·        Quality control for compressor localization and the assembling line
& l; W" A* m& T! B! o·        Data collection and analysis for compressor related quality control
" |9 x2 B" p/ l7 hInherent pride & leadership to drive these 6 responsibilities below

' g! Q  |) ~9 Y8 o·        Investigative & analytical skills for root cause analysis  
·        Willingness to learn new or proven concepts

3 W, V( N- z" A! j( t; L& R0 m·        Along with the following basic essentials; Mechanical Engr, w/ experience in metal removal experience preferably, cast iron or steel, basic understanding of machine tools, CMM's, manufacturing processes (machining & assembly) process control, statistical process control, machine & process qualification, measurement & test, metallurgy
Background:
·        Bachelor degree in compressor or refrigeration
·        5+ years related working experience
·        Good English skills. BET4 or above; Good computer skills

# I8 |. @9 t7 x-        Make monthly quality report and coordinate feedback procedure
-        Review quality inspection documentation and establish & maintain quality data collection & analysis
-        Measure equipment management and ensure effective method and use of measurement equipment, it's calibration and frequency
1 |; h$ I1 m6 K5 p-        Q+ Supplier survey's & improvements
-        ISO system work support
-        Coordinate Corrective Actions for quality improvement
0 @' z4 q7 `$ v) ]; U8 |% }-        ACE leadership & coordination

Background:
-        Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical engineering or related majors
-        5+ years related working experience ( Quality, ISO system)
-        JV or World famous company experience is preferred
* a% S( X" }4 o9 s* o; w5 V0 H-        Familiar with SPC
" S- h) r  N2 u7 N! w; G0 m" h-        Fluent in both oral & written English
9 o) d5 p( P! d  O! o  W3 f+ g-        Good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
·        Update the production drawing as original drawing revised
% E. ]) j: ~# m9 {/ N6 l' j7 Y·        Make engineering decision and technical support for compressor manufacturing
·        Make necessary drawing modification regarding to local vendor’s reasonable requirements (permitted by project manager)
·        Assist with the compressor’s localization/cost reduction procedure (set up localization requirement)
* a0 c8 n& u7 f2 o7 Z( ]# l·        Coordinate with quality engineer for quality issue root cause analysis
' n% ^4 I% J0 z- MInherent pride & leadership to drive these 6 responsibilities below
