Reports to:         Compressor Project Manager / Quality Department Manager

·        Quality control for compressor localization and the assembling line
·        Data collection and analysis for compressor related quality control

·        Along with the following basic essentials; Mechanical Engr, w/ experience in metal removal experience preferably, cast iron or steel, basic understanding of machine tools, CMM's, manufacturing processes (machining & assembly) process control, statistical process control, machine & process qualification, measurement & test, metallurgy

·        Bachelor degree in compressor or refrigeration
) W9 F: a  {1 _0 A7 V, X·        5+ years related working experience

-        Make monthly quality report and coordinate feedback procedure
4 [0 t" W3 N& Y) E5 I-        Review quality inspection documentation and establish & maintain quality data collection & analysis
6 `& _7 U$ N$ z-        Measure equipment management and ensure effective method and use of measurement equipment, it's calibration and frequency
: C* z! J4 _' n* L( U+ e( ]# }5 J# g-        Q+ Supplier survey's & improvements
9 y# ]" v) R) t-        ISO system work support
" G: f. i. e- {/ C2 |7 ^" ^5 H9 l* }-        Coordinate Corrective Actions for quality improvement
-        ACE leadership & coordination
$ Z/ ]: I- n1 E0 k1 r
Background:
. |+ n' t9 h! [1 v-        Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical engineering or related majors
-        5+ years related working experience ( Quality, ISO system)
& q6 y  i3 Q$ r-        JV or World famous company experience is preferred
-        Familiar with SPC
/ C& `. d. v8 B, O3 x3 m! `* R  S-        Fluent in both oral & written English
$ F( T) N/ Q* a) y-        Good communication skills
-        People management skills
' V# s& i  R" b, k4 s" L! j-        Self motivated, multi-tasked, having a sense of urgency about what they do

$ I& w5 m9 S/ b9 j: A, EReports to:         Compressor Project Manager / Engineering Department Manager

( a- [7 G# [# L0 [/ fJob Responsibilities:
·        Update the production drawing as original drawing revised
·        Make engineering decision and technical support for compressor manufacturing
( p# k/ A8 Y# @( T·        Make necessary drawing modification regarding to local vendor’s reasonable requirements (permitted by project manager)
·        Assist with the compressor’s localization/cost reduction procedure (set up localization requirement)
·        Coordinate with quality engineer for quality issue root cause analysis
