· Quality control for compressor localization and the assembling line% _8 J/ Q4 i; z( Z( n' E
· Data collection and analysis for compressor related quality control9 h# L8 L" d) N) Z

- Make monthly quality report and coordinate feedback procedure
4 [0 t" W3 N& Y) E5 I- Review quality inspection documentation and establish & maintain quality data collection & analysis
6 `& _7 U$ N$ z- Measure equipment management and ensure effective method and use of measurement equipment, it's calibration and frequency
: C* z! J4 _' n* L( U+ e( ]# }5 J# g- Q+ Supplier survey's & improvements
9 y# ]" v) R) t- ISO system work support
" G: f. i. e- {/ C2 |7 ^" ^5 H9 l* }- Coordinate Corrective Actions for quality improvement7 [- I$ n6 q& B# I, g2 ?0 J
- ACE leadership & coordination

Background:
. |+ n' t9 h! [1 v- Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical engineering or related majors1 m4 U+ \. u/ Z6 M; E
- 5+ years related working experience ( Quality, ISO system)

- Familiar with SPC

· Update the production drawing as original drawing revised1 l+ j/ O3 r9 V; ~, k* G& z2 Q$ c
· Make engineering decision and technical support for compressor manufacturing
( p# k/ A8 Y# @( T· Make necessary drawing modification regarding to local vendor’s reasonable requirements (permitted by project manager)/ q! S" p7 E/ o; f( T9 l
· Assist with the compressor’s localization/cost reduction procedure (set up localization requirement)1 n1 O$ |& e& l4 K0 h4 _$ x0 p& X
· Coordinate with quality engineer for quality issue root cause analysis8 m0 ~* h) V. q4 A; ?
