Position:        Quality Engineer (Compressor)

Job Responsibilities:
·        Quality control for compressor localization and the assembling line
% d! T6 \3 j2 V, Y6 \; k·        Data collection and analysis for compressor related quality control
0 h2 ~$ r! H8 j# C# m/ b3 N, NInherent pride & leadership to drive these 6 responsibilities below

·        Bachelor degree in compressor or refrigeration
2 O2 T* v  F; m5 {  Q·        5+ years related working experience
·        Good English skills. BET4 or above; Good computer skills

Job Responsibilities:
-        Make monthly quality report and coordinate feedback procedure
% ~7 f% P3 \5 T9 _% l7 h9 J2 v-        Review quality inspection documentation and establish & maintain quality data collection & analysis
-        Measure equipment management and ensure effective method and use of measurement equipment, it's calibration and frequency
-        Q+ Supplier survey's & improvements
% m' @# C+ z# B4 a+ B# ?: U, T-        ISO system work support
% Y! ~9 d2 ~5 m3 }; L& J+ g, t# @-        Coordinate Corrective Actions for quality improvement
-        ACE leadership & coordination

Background:
-        Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical engineering or related majors
-        5+ years related working experience ( Quality, ISO system)
  `3 C% s7 V: Q6 ]-        JV or World famous company experience is preferred
-        Familiar with SPC
! X6 t& E( P4 S( K( q. ?* t& C-        Fluent in both oral & written English
-        Good communication skills
-        People management skills
  N1 v; n6 \6 e! }- u! x-        Self motivated, multi-tasked, having a sense of urgency about what they do
-        Team work (working together, influencing, and willingness to help others)

Position:        Product Engineer (Compressor)
Reports to:         Compressor Project Manager / Engineering Department Manager

Job Responsibilities:
·        Update the production drawing as original drawing revised
·        Make engineering decision and technical support for compressor manufacturing
% J# N- e( s$ G% o4 ?1 P·        Make necessary drawing modification regarding to local vendor’s reasonable requirements (permitted by project manager)
# }6 z+ c/ I* Q! n8 \3 S·        Assist with the compressor’s localization/cost reduction procedure (set up localization requirement)
2 w2 R+ \2 a  y! l3 C" o4 s# z$ o·        Coordinate with quality engineer for quality issue root cause analysis
