OUR CLIENT is a niche maker of oil free piston compressors for applications in high voltage power plant switches and high-purity gases compression, among others for pharmaceutical and medical use. In order to substantially enhance OUR CLIENT sales and customer support in mainland China, OUR CLIENT is looking for a field engineer.

Responsibilities
% H  M; }# n! \- |•        Undertakes after-sales technical services, including on site installation, testing, and repairs and maintenance, via phone or on-site trouble-shooting
/ _9 u& ^& q- e) c+ @•        Responds to and resolves issues quickly
( P  |: T0 W( [8 A) ~' {2 p( RDiagnoses and analyses the problems encountered from the customers’ side, and reports to the Headquarter
•        Keeps communication and maintains relations with operators of customers
•        Maintains and updates compressors list in China and its maintenance logs
•         Provides training to operators at customer side
•        Collaborates and coordinates with Sales Engineer in China and Head of the Service Team in Headquarter

1 T& T: L3 l9 l/ v, ZRequirements
•        College degree or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
3 O* j5 M2 M. x& g. d" ?$ L! w•        Minimum 3 -5 years working experience in the field of compressor, prefer somebody with middle age
•        Be able to understand full picture of compressors, and good knowledge on electrical control box and wire diagram
5 p+ t% D3 B! D* k0 H•        A good communication skills with other people (customer and internal) and team work
•        prefer somebody with experience of selling after-sales-services
" G2 a& w! L9 R5 V7 k  o2 k•        Good command oral & written English
•        Working on customer site as required mobility and flexibility
1 F% \# }  \6 I  g•        Skilled in MS Office tools
