OUR CLIENT is a niche maker of oil free piston compressors for applications in high voltage power plant switches and high-purity gases compression, among others for pharmaceutical and medical use. In order to substantially enhance OUR CLIENT sales and customer support in mainland China, OUR CLIENT is looking for a field engineer.

Responsibilities
•        Undertakes after-sales technical services, including on site installation, testing, and repairs and maintenance, via phone or on-site trouble-shooting
& f. C" G  b5 d' E7 t- A•        Responds to and resolves issues quickly
1 D# L7 g( ~1 B4 W) `. B' QDiagnoses and analyses the problems encountered from the customers’ side, and reports to the Headquarter
: E+ S4 O, N6 O4 T+ N( n% N•        Keeps communication and maintains relations with operators of customers
7 ~9 G. i) a* q8 w# }4 ~! u•        Maintains and updates compressors list in China and its maintenance logs

) M& \& \" a% X( ?•        Collaborates and coordinates with Sales Engineer in China and Head of the Service Team in Headquarter

Requirements
•        College degree or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
8 y. ?8 E  g4 F•        Minimum 3 -5 years working experience in the field of compressor, prefer somebody with middle age
$ L, B+ e( t% M" V' f•        Be able to understand full picture of compressors, and good knowledge on electrical control box and wire diagram
6 Q6 }% t1 X  X' ]9 N% x•        A good communication skills with other people (customer and internal) and team work
•        prefer somebody with experience of selling after-sales-services
•        Good command oral & written English
•        Working on customer site as required mobility and flexibility
•        Skilled in MS Office tools
