Job description / Mission
- ]  G  V; }2 ?; mThe successful candidate will join a highly motivated and professional team and will report to the product manager of CTS China.

Main Responsibilities; ?; s, b" c$ q) E
- Develop marketing plan to take control of the compressor room;
) \) }8 h2 r4 R! B8 i# a* @1 N, u- Make sure that our strategy and product offer
: B1 M  _; [0 ~5 G1 t& Z- Pricing for Non-AC service products;2 Q6 [2 X1 G& ?) `6 t$ Q4 e3 ]5 D
- Support the service centers in implementing the divisional strategies;: e$ q8 x+ K. S/ d( H: t
- Develop support tools to enable ease of sales;
2 P) A* y# y0 _- Map the development of this strategy, including the Unipart for the future
* k1 ?5 O4 m( o% |3 S  u' M5 ~5 _7 P2 h- Follow-up CTS results
, \! S1 g  t2 j4 p( ~
, I6 n: W* V9 }6 k- k4 {5 K, ~Experience Requirements& G8 K+ Z! ^5 `/ y
- At least 3 year working experience in AM sales or marketing. k1 R& \: R1 _  S
- Understanding of marketing principles in an industrial environment gained via education or experience" Q7 x+ y8 B5 R* `0 s! U+ D
8 C% L( p  c; L! U3 K/ P0 T
Knowledge / Educational requirements
" n. e8 A/ e$ g, E- University/college graduated7 N2 N# u) Q. ?
- Solid understanding of the service product sales process.
7 [. Q1 U- z- b" Y6 M" L6 J- Good command of English both oral and writing is required
) V( Q" `7 F8 f5 w+ t- Computer skills: MS Office, Lotus Notes, and related database system: `- D! j, L0 ]! O+ q* e: v

- Result oriented with a self motivating personality/ p8 `% D  U" g
- Strong communication skills, able to work in a team at all levels
