Position: Quality Engineer (Compressor)

Job Responsibilities:
! H4 `- Q/ u. W9 k& z· Quality control for compressor localization and the assembling line
" P4 n7 L1 N- E( f |; u6 D· Data collection and analysis for compressor related quality control$ \) u6 @4 z; q; E! H/ F& q# U

Background:

- Make monthly quality report and coordinate feedback procedure6 N, ]% a% v$ Y5 n/ d
- Review quality inspection documentation and establish & maintain quality data collection & analysis
l3 x+ e; n) ^' s- Measure equipment management and ensure effective method and use of measurement equipment, it's calibration and frequency
T( N6 G) k) z* ~- Q+ Supplier survey's & improvements9 z/ Z- u0 l' \5 @2 A0 H
- ISO system work support; K& s; c* K3 n: V
- Coordinate Corrective Actions for quality improvement
& u# c* } `5 K! ^- ACE leadership & coordination

- Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical engineering or related majors

- Fluent in both oral & written English- C& j0 v! |- m
- Good communication skills

Reports to: Compressor Project Manager / Engineering Department Manager

Job Responsibilities:& ^4 R7 A, W! L! \ `" L9 f
· Update the production drawing as original drawing revised
" e g; s; ^) e/ |. N' J· Make engineering decision and technical support for compressor manufacturing: W# x) j8 d7 Z! e3 b- x7 M& ~. |: u
· Make necessary drawing modification regarding to local vendor’s reasonable requirements (permitted by project manager)
0 r, Z7 g3 z6 o1 \( ^) S* n3 p2 S· Assist with the compressor’s localization/cost reduction procedure (set up localization requirement)/ `- a; N4 ?- U4 u9 Z, D
· Coordinate with quality engineer for quality issue root cause analysis2 i5 N7 ]9 ~# A+ p( l8 @! `
