Job Responsibilities:
) d" C6 H$ O2 [0 Z5 T$ F5 g·        Quality control for compressor localization and the assembling line
·        Data collection and analysis for compressor related quality control

2 B2 Z  s8 J  P+ Z9 g# v·        Along with the following basic essentials; Mechanical Engr, w/ experience in metal removal experience preferably, cast iron or steel, basic understanding of machine tools, CMM's, manufacturing processes (machining & assembly) process control, statistical process control, machine & process qualification, measurement & test, metallurgy
Background:
·        Bachelor degree in compressor or refrigeration
+ @5 N  f" m6 W% J/ G·        5+ years related working experience
3 X: q2 k/ [' V$ Y4 Q·        Good English skills. BET4 or above; Good computer skills
2 o5 H+ D( E! @7 i+ U, q·        Good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
" F0 K) }* p" R" ^-        Make monthly quality report and coordinate feedback procedure
# f$ o7 a, Z, x- J. F) h* V! F( r! ^! C-        Review quality inspection documentation and establish & maintain quality data collection & analysis
: I6 Y& i3 \" X-        Measure equipment management and ensure effective method and use of measurement equipment, it's calibration and frequency
" K- }- q; [: v! c& u9 N; @-        Q+ Supplier survey's & improvements
6 R1 \' {( c0 C0 p7 R) V; u' ~$ z-        ISO system work support
-        Coordinate Corrective Actions for quality improvement
-        ACE leadership & coordination

4 G) n% i+ j, i0 s6 p Background:
-        Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical engineering or related majors
( m# w; }, t9 f0 f-        5+ years related working experience ( Quality, ISO system)
: b" W6 N0 L  \/ b$ n* i! |2 X-        JV or World famous company experience is preferred
- P6 X  R+ E6 C5 Z4 b* [$ G. w-        Familiar with SPC
# w/ _% h4 i! ~1 r-        Fluent in both oral & written English
-        Good communication skills
-        People management skills

Reports to:         Compressor Project Manager / Engineering Department Manager

Job Responsibilities:
·        Update the production drawing as original drawing revised
# r5 W  u" t, ^# ^; y4 e, \·        Make engineering decision and technical support for compressor manufacturing
·        Make necessary drawing modification regarding to local vendor’s reasonable requirements (permitted by project manager)
·        Assist with the compressor’s localization/cost reduction procedure (set up localization requirement)
' s7 i# s6 k0 x2 [·        Coordinate with quality engineer for quality issue root cause analysis
