Position:        Quality Engineer (Compressor)
. H$ X, C( T, S- F4 TReports to:         Compressor Project Manager / Quality Department Manager

Job Responsibilities:
! H4 `- Q/ u. W9 k& z·        Quality control for compressor localization and the assembling line
" P4 n7 L1 N- E( f  |; u6 D·        Data collection and analysis for compressor related quality control

·        Along with the following basic essentials; Mechanical Engr, w/ experience in metal removal experience preferably, cast iron or steel, basic understanding of machine tools, CMM's, manufacturing processes (machining & assembly) process control, statistical process control, machine & process qualification, measurement & test, metallurgy
Background:
( A# T' l1 O0 ~% _' A·        Bachelor degree in compressor or refrigeration
6 D7 `# h- m3 o) `) ^) e" _·        5+ years related working experience
0 a: s: i4 t" [. b% b0 l·        Good English skills. BET4 or above; Good computer skills
·        Good communication skills

Position        :        Quality Manager
Reports to:        GM

Job Responsibilities:
-        Make monthly quality report and coordinate feedback procedure
-        Review quality inspection documentation and establish & maintain quality data collection & analysis
  l3 x+ e; n) ^' s-        Measure equipment management and ensure effective method and use of measurement equipment, it's calibration and frequency
  T( N6 G) k) z* ~-        Q+ Supplier survey's & improvements
-        ISO system work support
-        Coordinate Corrective Actions for quality improvement
& u# c* }  `5 K! ^-        ACE leadership & coordination

& {6 u) o" w7 v Background:
-        Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical engineering or related majors
6 ?1 x2 O" ?2 `' o1 t% m/ o! J-        5+ years related working experience ( Quality, ISO system)
. e  n+ E, o* F$ U: L-        JV or World famous company experience is preferred
6 Y- X7 O3 V4 [  O! q-        Familiar with SPC
-        Fluent in both oral & written English
-        Good communication skills
) ^. ^; K: L' z6 ?$ G- r" H-        People management skills

Reports to:         Compressor Project Manager / Engineering Department Manager

Job Responsibilities:
·        Update the production drawing as original drawing revised
" e  g; s; ^) e/ |. N' J·        Make engineering decision and technical support for compressor manufacturing
·        Make necessary drawing modification regarding to local vendor’s reasonable requirements (permitted by project manager)
0 r, Z7 g3 z6 o1 \( ^) S* n3 p2 S·        Assist with the compressor’s localization/cost reduction procedure (set up localization requirement)
·        Coordinate with quality engineer for quality issue root cause analysis
