% M. X' }: t& `) d, wReports to:         Compressor Project Manager / Quality Department Manager

1 T: L- u. y. oJob Responsibilities:
·        Quality control for compressor localization and the assembling line
·        Data collection and analysis for compressor related quality control
% C/ b- I: H+ ]* M9 ^2 DInherent pride & leadership to drive these 6 responsibilities below

·        Investigative & analytical skills for root cause analysis

) t9 _, q* c3 \6 D# b6 m) h·        Along with the following basic essentials; Mechanical Engr, w/ experience in metal removal experience preferably, cast iron or steel, basic understanding of machine tools, CMM's, manufacturing processes (machining & assembly) process control, statistical process control, machine & process qualification, measurement & test, metallurgy
Background:
·        Bachelor degree in compressor or refrigeration
·        5+ years related working experience
5 ?( l" k6 G- Y) Q2 ]) P/ t$ Y·        Good English skills. BET4 or above; Good computer skills

Job Responsibilities:
- F4 U2 M/ Y% o1 p+ m0 _, r- G-        Make monthly quality report and coordinate feedback procedure
. T: g; |6 f5 L-        Review quality inspection documentation and establish & maintain quality data collection & analysis
-        Measure equipment management and ensure effective method and use of measurement equipment, it's calibration and frequency
-        Q+ Supplier survey's & improvements
-        ISO system work support
-        Coordinate Corrective Actions for quality improvement
! l4 z& I1 Z- F-        ACE leadership & coordination

" j' T6 z7 Y2 t& E  V Background:
-        Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical engineering or related majors
-        5+ years related working experience ( Quality, ISO system)
-        JV or World famous company experience is preferred
-        Familiar with SPC
-        Fluent in both oral & written English
3 {6 n. M4 a  Q# w: T) n-        Good communication skills
) d3 M" v( x- x  r- i* L1 L-        People management skills

Job Responsibilities:
4 ]/ r/ w* P9 M·        Update the production drawing as original drawing revised
·        Make engineering decision and technical support for compressor manufacturing
·        Make necessary drawing modification regarding to local vendor’s reasonable requirements (permitted by project manager)
·        Assist with the compressor’s localization/cost reduction procedure (set up localization requirement)
·        Coordinate with quality engineer for quality issue root cause analysis
