OUR CLIENT is a niche maker of oil free piston compressors for applications in high voltage power plant switches and high-purity gases compression, among others for pharmaceutical and medical use. In order to substantially enhance OUR CLIENT sales and customer support in mainland China, OUR CLIENT is looking for a field engineer.

•        Undertakes after-sales technical services, including on site installation, testing, and repairs and maintenance, via phone or on-site trouble-shooting
) N/ q! }" y% ^% q2 w•        Responds to and resolves issues quickly
8 `5 n+ u8 M1 a9 N* rDiagnoses and analyses the problems encountered from the customers’ side, and reports to the Headquarter
; \/ ]& ^8 R. R% c•        Keeps communication and maintains relations with operators of customers
•        Maintains and updates compressors list in China and its maintenance logs

7 L: W- M3 y% \5 W% t•        Collaborates and coordinates with Sales Engineer in China and Head of the Service Team in Headquarter

7 H7 @6 M9 T8 G% K: `& e0 I2 M•        College degree or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
0 C' V1 Q1 h; A# V6 z$ [0 v•        Minimum 3 -5 years working experience in the field of compressor, prefer somebody with middle age
1 v7 T) |/ c* l& G3 [; s1 k•        Be able to understand full picture of compressors, and good knowledge on electrical control box and wire diagram
•        A good communication skills with other people (customer and internal) and team work
•        prefer somebody with experience of selling after-sales-services
•        Good command oral & written English
•        Working on customer site as required mobility and flexibility
•        Skilled in MS Office tools
