Job description / Mission
The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and professional team and will report to the product manager of CTS China.

0 g, O$ G7 H) f/ e: tMain Responsibilities
- Develop marketing plan to take control of the compressor room;
8 N/ P+ t$ f! C5 s3 c- Make sure that our strategy and product offer
. a& \) g- O! {/ }* F- Pricing for Non-AC service products;
- Support the service centers in implementing the divisional strategies;
- Develop support tools to enable ease of sales;
' i0 L% U$ }1 j3 R( J" j- Map the development of this strategy, including the Unipart for the future
5 }# _, y: c/ ?  H) P; q1 \$ K- Follow-up CTS results

+ r. b, q( s- k+ x% @$ k* T$ x2 _Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year working experience in AM sales or marketing
% D, }3 v' a0 S$ G( j- Understanding of marketing principles in an industrial environment gained via education or experience
% K! c/ I% \% L7 P- m1 t
Knowledge / Educational requirements
- University/college graduated
  m& y# F; ~+ u% r# Z- Solid understanding of the service product sales process.
, P/ `3 I- c& x- Good command of English both oral and writing is required
% |, M8 T" e# k# v# A9 g- Computer skills: MS Office, Lotus Notes, and related database system

- Result oriented with a self motivating personality
- Strong communication skills, able to work in a team at all levels
