Job description / Mission
7 D/ Q' G+ R4 FThe successful candidate will join a highly motivated and professional team and will report to the product manager of CTS China.

/ A% N7 q7 n2 p5 N0 `7 n$ wMain Responsibilities
; ?# S6 i% h4 j- Develop marketing plan to take control of the compressor room;
# X/ Q0 b4 n# k" X9 T9 {- Make sure that our strategy and product offer
$ Q5 E1 l1 L- M- Pricing for Non-AC service products;) \1 h3 c3 N  Y; Y: D
- Support the service centers in implementing the divisional strategies;2 g( I  y; f+ G6 E  F& ^6 [
- Develop support tools to enable ease of sales;7 W6 f$ B* e2 Z% w
- Map the development of this strategy, including the Unipart for the future
/ t" A( k  _$ b& V- Follow-up CTS results
/ e. W* f& I. X2 c( ^! ]
! @0 c& ]6 |) e. E. RExperience Requirements. v$ K, B% |/ F. Z
- At least 3 year working experience in AM sales or marketing7 m( T( g; w5 `4 P; t7 w1 {( j; i
- Understanding of marketing principles in an industrial environment gained via education or experience$ d5 @3 ~3 r2 j/ o# |3 g: {& ~

  L" {/ \4 [/ ?# X& eKnowledge / Educational requirements
& x, A$ H* N/ N" F; M. _1 x7 A- University/college graduated& x/ q, U( s' Y9 a8 I7 C9 \
- Solid understanding of the service product sales process.
: u6 u4 ^" [1 s# [- v! Y3 r' E! |2 g* A- Good command of English both oral and writing is required
5 O) }" V/ y3 i/ A0 r4 q3 c& D4 R- Computer skills: MS Office, Lotus Notes, and related database system9 R/ j; h/ h$ h

! s+ o2 B# ^: FPersonality requirements* `) M3 F. m4 b( \% X8 l3 z
- Result oriented with a self motivating personality+ V+ D4 K$ }) c2 m
- Strong communication skills, able to work in a team at all levels! m% x9 {  }( Y& h/ e0 ?  N
- Willingness to travel
