% U2 z8 m" u/ w+ Y+ zThe successful candidate will join a highly motivated and professional team and will report to the product manager of CTS China.

Main Responsibilities
) S8 a* d' i+ y( \3 E1 L9 G& q- Develop marketing plan to take control of the compressor room;
( Q) K8 X5 y9 f. u0 m& l7 {- Make sure that our strategy and product offer
- }) S! Y8 A/ N1 O- Pricing for Non-AC service products;
- Support the service centers in implementing the divisional strategies;
% }) M; M4 |/ T0 }& N, U- Develop support tools to enable ease of sales;
- Map the development of this strategy, including the Unipart for the future
- Follow-up CTS results

Experience Requirements
3 o5 u( _$ c: G; c4 L- G- At least 3 year working experience in AM sales or marketing
, J9 ]$ ~. \; d$ s- Understanding of marketing principles in an industrial environment gained via education or experience
) a8 B$ l/ `; b$ p4 L- y) V
1 \! F! J# h4 c) j% bKnowledge / Educational requirements
- University/college graduated
- Solid understanding of the service product sales process.
; q* C( x* a3 L7 a" Q, [- Good command of English both oral and writing is required
- Computer skills: MS Office, Lotus Notes, and related database system

Personality requirements
! B  z1 \( m# X- Result oriented with a self motivating personality
3 Y5 b( |0 ?6 ~0 M- Strong communication skills, able to work in a team at all levels
- Willingness to travel
