·        Quality control for compressor localization and the assembling line
·        Data collection and analysis for compressor related quality control

H$ ]·        Along with the following basic essentials; Mechanical Engr, w/ experience in metal removal experience preferably, cast iron or steel, basic understanding of machine tools, CMM's, manufacturing processes (machining & assembly) process control, statistical process control, machine & process qualification, measurement & test, metallurgy
Background:
' f7 h& E- ]7 [6 m, f·        Bachelor degree in compressor or refrigeration
·        5+ years related working experience
·        Good English skills. BET4 or above; Good computer skills

Job Responsibilities:
-        Make monthly quality report and coordinate feedback procedure
$ j& t7 Y4 M& ]! q0 `( W-        Review quality inspection documentation and establish & maintain quality data collection & analysis
" Z$ B/ f* i0 ]-        Measure equipment management and ensure effective method and use of measurement equipment, it's calibration and frequency
1 ?+ K2 }5 H2 N2 B! N* U+ n. ?-        Q+ Supplier survey's & improvements
- }% C' ]8 ]$ I3 R: u-        ISO system work support
/ K4 Z. U" A8 ?) ]; e-        Coordinate Corrective Actions for quality improvement
-        ACE leadership & coordination
) l# [) b7 A# J# C+ i5 \. _
) p5 Z3 e8 M: B5 @" `- J% Q Background:
  E6 G/ Z/ y! D' h) ~" i, z. _; m-        Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical engineering or related majors
-        5+ years related working experience ( Quality, ISO system)
% s% l* j7 {/ |0 B- ^4 _- w-        JV or World famous company experience is preferred
-        Familiar with SPC
! j9 L  L; {# Q3 G' R1 \$ U4 d-        Fluent in both oral & written English
/ o" X" l( _8 I# `-        Good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
·        Update the production drawing as original drawing revised
0 Z* V# N6 e  x·        Make engineering decision and technical support for compressor manufacturing
4 L2 v& Y. Z. ?7 [' l: {·        Make necessary drawing modification regarding to local vendor’s reasonable requirements (permitted by project manager)
2 y5 v9 I3 ~; x' u5 F- a" \9 F0 O2 c·        Assist with the compressor’s localization/cost reduction procedure (set up localization requirement)
: p% l) U: Q7 q% X·        Coordinate with quality engineer for quality issue root cause analysis
/ k* x" m! d, u% Z. g  i, ~6 z7 v, ~Inherent pride & leadership to drive these 6 responsibilities below
