Position:        Quality Engineer (Compressor)

Job Responsibilities:
8 x. a( @. O, J·        Quality control for compressor localization and the assembling line
( ~5 f6 K' ^% Y0 {·        Data collection and analysis for compressor related quality control

Job Responsibilities:
-        Make monthly quality report and coordinate feedback procedure
- l% J7 n& ^( M1 F) i4 `  X-        Review quality inspection documentation and establish & maintain quality data collection & analysis
-        Measure equipment management and ensure effective method and use of measurement equipment, it's calibration and frequency
7 B& u& x) l3 K-        Q+ Supplier survey's & improvements
' [) t9 t" l% {2 P9 D-        ISO system work support
& Z$ J+ E( z/ s3 C-        Coordinate Corrective Actions for quality improvement
. n( l0 @+ h; G+ p-        ACE leadership & coordination

: g/ E& b( ?6 G* z- u& f Background:
- P, ?: m- `; Z( t% E4 J9 D' `-        Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical engineering or related majors
-        5+ years related working experience ( Quality, ISO system)
-        JV or World famous company experience is preferred
-        Familiar with SPC
-        Fluent in both oral & written English
-        Good communication skills
-        People management skills
-        Self motivated, multi-tasked, having a sense of urgency about what they do
-        Team work (working together, influencing, and willingness to help others)

Reports to:         Compressor Project Manager / Engineering Department Manager

7 |+ p# e* D% Y·        Update the production drawing as original drawing revised
·        Make engineering decision and technical support for compressor manufacturing
·        Make necessary drawing modification regarding to local vendor’s reasonable requirements (permitted by project manager)
6 F  M9 T4 w" n5 c. ?8 {·        Assist with the compressor’s localization/cost reduction procedure (set up localization requirement)
  R: Y4 a" s8 N·        Coordinate with quality engineer for quality issue root cause analysis
