Reports to:         Compressor Project Manager / Quality Department Manager

8 b% k! Q' t4 l1 t·        Quality control for compressor localization and the assembling line
* D& H4 M0 d" e3 g6 a·        Data collection and analysis for compressor related quality control

+ }4 g3 w1 W$ a, m6 A·        Bachelor degree in compressor or refrigeration
·        5+ years related working experience
·        Good English skills. BET4 or above; Good computer skills
·        Good communication skills

$ R+ x* F! h* JJob Responsibilities:
5 B0 \9 v" c& }0 h" q-        Make monthly quality report and coordinate feedback procedure
-        Review quality inspection documentation and establish & maintain quality data collection & analysis
-        Measure equipment management and ensure effective method and use of measurement equipment, it's calibration and frequency
6 n7 W- d% N+ U6 J$ g1 V( T: `$ B7 e-        Q+ Supplier survey's & improvements
-        ISO system work support
) y4 J. Z$ ~8 w8 W; c# w2 y3 V! o4 Y-        Coordinate Corrective Actions for quality improvement
+ |5 }8 w4 V. `-        ACE leadership & coordination
; W! |( o, i: w9 L! ^" r
Background:
-        Bachelor degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical engineering or related majors
-        5+ years related working experience ( Quality, ISO system)
, O. Q9 D# m3 j1 h; h' F-        JV or World famous company experience is preferred
-        Familiar with SPC
-        Fluent in both oral & written English
-        Good communication skills
-        People management skills
-        Self motivated, multi-tasked, having a sense of urgency about what they do

Position:        Product Engineer (Compressor)
Reports to:         Compressor Project Manager / Engineering Department Manager

" E3 f  y7 g+ g  J: K7 CJob Responsibilities:
% w/ w, }, I9 h) ?" l; `" ?·        Update the production drawing as original drawing revised
·        Make engineering decision and technical support for compressor manufacturing
( {; m7 _, F! D: d' ^·        Make necessary drawing modification regarding to local vendor’s reasonable requirements (permitted by project manager)
2 \; j- F) A/ i7 R& p  ]·        Assist with the compressor’s localization/cost reduction procedure (set up localization requirement)
; v/ }1 k) ]0 R* g9 V2 k·        Coordinate with quality engineer for quality issue root cause analysis
