Job description / Mission
The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and professional team and will report to the product manager of CTS China.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop marketing plan to take control of the compressor room;
" l4 Y( w3 V5 }9 r) {# O7 E5 c- Make sure that our strategy and product offer
- Pricing for Non-AC service products;
# O' z5 K/ ^' W3 V& b- i/ ~( x3 N- Support the service centers in implementing the divisional strategies;
- Develop support tools to enable ease of sales;
& L2 `3 N) R  q. F3 e5 ?- Map the development of this strategy, including the Unipart for the future
- Follow-up CTS results

% ^2 ^5 v6 U7 r4 J' W7 F' ?3 ]Experience Requirements
* _4 q. s2 j4 A- At least 3 year working experience in AM sales or marketing
- Understanding of marketing principles in an industrial environment gained via education or experience

Knowledge / Educational requirements
* K$ Q0 D3 N3 P' y- University/college graduated
( v2 _+ V" u! ?) [% i& j' B+ K+ p- Solid understanding of the service product sales process.
- Good command of English both oral and writing is required
- Computer skills: MS Office, Lotus Notes, and related database system

& }* @! t3 G# S# [) ePersonality requirements
7 ?3 o0 W7 k, D9 O- Result oriented with a self motivating personality
/ J' q0 ~$ _% f8 _, t0 D9 L, x- Strong communication skills, able to work in a team at all levels
- Willingness to travel
