U' P* A$ P2 o* F<p><font face="Verdana">Responsibilities:<br/>?&nbsp;Manage regional sales branches<br/>?&nbsp;Manage key account customer relationship<br/>?&nbsp;Channel management (dealers, distribution, installers, etc)<br/>?&nbsp;Lead application design and field execution team <br/>?&nbsp;Manage aftermarket organization and service dealers to provide service solutions to customers<br/>?&nbsp;Work closely with factories on new product development to meet evolving market/customer needs<br/></font></p>
8 Q  k+ z+ |+ S<p><font face="Verdana"><br/>Requirements:<br/>?&nbsp;Strong national sales management experience (5 years+) for multi-national company in industrial products/solutions (preferably HVAC/R or coldchain related).<br/>?&nbsp;Experience with growing a newly developed business preferable<br/>?&nbsp;Ability to work under stressful environment and deliver on commitments<br/>?&nbsp;Strong communication skills, both English and Chinese<br/>?&nbsp;High level of integrity and ethical standard</font></p><font face="Verdana">
